Deadline to submit applications will be after the Visioning Circle facilitated by Dr. Ahriana in October, 2025 | The stage is being set for CSL Parker to attract it's new minister and the first step is the formation of a Ministerial Attraction Committee comprised of 2 Board Members, 1 Practitioner, and 4 members of CSL Parker.

Being a member of this committee will involve collaboration with other team members to develop a package advertising the Senior Minister's position. The information from this package will be used to advertise the job listing with CSL Home Office and with Unity World Ministries.

Once candidates are vetted by Home Office and Unity, the applications will be received and vetted by the Ministerial Attraction Committee, which will then be forwarded to the Board of Trustees.

Vetting will include the interview of candidates, as well as verification of references and speaking to those listed as references on an application.

The work done by this committee sets the foundation for the rest of the process involved in connecting with our new minister.
