How would you like to be treated at the end of your life or for the process leading up to the end of your life? What are your last wishes? How comfortable do you want to be in your final days and what do you want to have conveyed to your loved ones?
Join Death Doula, Leanna Whitcher, as she takes you through the process of the 5 Wishes, which is specifically designed to help you make these decisions and allows you to be the author of your final days.
You will leave the workshop with a witnessed document you’ve created, which can be shared with your family, your Health Care Agent, and your doctor.
This workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30th, 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. at the Parker Task Force located at 19105 Longs Way; Parker, 80134.
