Superpowers and Strategies for Empaths Workshop - Saturday, February 7th, 2026
Saturday, February 7th, 2026 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
Empaths are highly sensitive individuals who naturally absorb the emotions, moods, and energies of others. You don't just understand how people feel - you feel it yourself. This gift brings strong intuition, deep compassion, and a powerful ability for deep connections.
But without strong boundaries, it can also leave you drained, overstimulated, and in need of solitude to recharge. Learning how to honor your sensitivity is the key to thriving as an empath.
Join Carolyn Richardson for this workshop as you discover the different ways to protect your energy, strengthen your boundaries, and embrace your natural gift.
This 2 Hour workshop will be held at the Parker Task Force Conference room on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Parker Task Force is located at 19105 Longs Way; Parker 80134.
In lieu of a fee for this workshop, we ask that you bring a donation for the Parker Task Force on the day of the workshop. The donation can be food (non-perishable) or a check made out to the Parker Task Force.
